Pulitzer Prize winning Cartoonist Dick Locher was our guest at yesterday's Rotary Luncheon. Winner of the 1983 Editorial Cartoon Pulitzer prize and long time cartoonist for the Dick Tracy comic strip, Dick spoke about his career and upcoming Dick Tracy statue dedication.
